You might be asking what I loved once that now I adore, right? All people have hobbies, or in other words, have things that they feel happy when doing. I loved doing a specific thing, and this love continued to grow till this day.
‘’I dream my painting and paint my dream’’. I guess you figured it. I once loved painting, but now I adore it, literally. It all began four years ago, when everything changed from doing art during school art classes to my very own painting. It was the most precious birthday gift that I have ever received. The birthday gift that I consider the point of change in my life included an art easel that I always dreamed to have, numerous canvases, paint bottles, brushes of different textures and sizes, and all of the tools and materials that were necessary to start my very first own paining. How happy and grateful I was. The very next day, I officially became an artist. Actually, I still have my first painting in between the countless canvases that I’ve painted so far, and I don’t feel like I can get rid of any of them regardless the unsteady lines and touches of the very first paintings.
Painting changed my dreams, goals and life. I never thought that something as simple as a birthday gift could change my life greatly, but to my surprise, it really did. That birthday gift wasn’t simple to me, it was precious and wonderful, and I’ll continue to cherish it all my life. Now, painting is and will always be my way of keeping a diary.
