Bruce's Adventure: Part 2

Bruce had thought very well about where he is going to go. He thought of many places, but they didn’t seem to suit him he had to work out every day and do what he likes to do daily, he wanted a place to live, because who is not coming back to town for ten years. He was angry that none of his family members backed him. After a long time of thinking he decided where he is going. The city, the city suited him so much since he was trying to make the town something like the city but not with the bad features of the city. He headed there not know how he would live or what will he do when he gets there. 6 hours later he is woken up by the sound of the train stopping at the train station at the city. He gets out of the train not knowing where he is going. He walks in the streets of the city wondering around still not knowing where to go, and he suddenly sees a magazine on the floor, he grabs it and reads. There was a commercial of the grand boxing competition. He gets excited and asks people around him about it, and how he could enter it, but no one knows. He keeps walking and looking for an apartment, and finally he finds one he rents the apartment and calls it a day, and he sleeps. On the next morning, he wakes up early for a jogging session and to keep asking about the competition. While he is jogging he sees an old man and his daughter walking down the street, he doesn’t care about until he sees three men trying to assault them, and no one is helping them. And suddenly one of the men punches the old man and the other grabs his daughter.
Bruce runs towards the men, and as soon as he gets there he grabs the girl and gives her to her father. The old man thanks him. Bruce then looks back at the three men as they start walking towards him, he heads toward them too not showing any fear to them and they stop and warn him that they would kill him. He ignores them and keeps walking slowly towards them. Suddenly one of the men attacks him; Bruce dodges the attack and knocks him out with one punch. The two other men take their knifes out and start their attacks, Bruce quickly grabs a chair that was near him hits their hands with it. The knifes fall of their hands and Bruce quickly jumps on them putting them both to the ground one of the men escapes from Bruce’s punches while the other takes it till he is knocked out. The man grabs his knife and stabs Bruce in his leg, Bruce then pulls him to the ground and hits him with the chair on his head knocking him out. The old man and his daughter help Bruce and take him to a huge castle. They open the door and Bruce asks where they are taking him. The old man helps Bruce get in the castle and his daughter goes back to check if anybody saw them and closes the gate.
Bruce enters the castle to find that it is a huge modern house surrounded by a tall castle wall. He asks them if this is their house and the old man says that they will explain later. Bruce is taken to a room and followed by a doctor who helps him and gives a medication and makes him sleep. When Bruce wakes up he stands and walks slowly to search for the old man and his daughter. The girl runs towards him as soon as she sees him to help him but he says he doesn’t need help he just wants to know everything. The girl takes him to her father and then goes. Bruce asks the old man about what happened and he responds by saying” I am a lord, or let’s say used to be a lord before this city changed. I love boxing, so I like to call myself a scout. I go out to the city daily looking for the right boxer to back him. I have found many people but none was good enough, but what happened today was why I don’t like taking my daughter with me, but she gets bored in here alone, so I had to take her with me” Bruce sits in silence. The old man asks “but who are you, I never seen you in the city, and I go every day, you must not be from the city. Bruce explains who he is and how he got here to the old man.
The old man says my name is sir Alex, you can call me Alex, and my daughter is called Rachel. “And I’m Bruce “Bruce says. Alex says that Bruce has a great body, and the way he fought was fantastic, and since he was asking about joining the boxing competition. Alex could train him and help him join and that he cant go back to that place, because they will be looking for him to get him. Bruce thanks him and agrees with him. Bruce then says that he would start training today if Alex had time, but Alex said that Bruce needs to rest. The next morning Bruce wakes up early as always and starts the training with Alex. For four months Bruce and Alex trained every day. Alex treated Bruce like his son. He helped him so much, and so did Bruce. Bruce did all the hard work for Alex when needed. Things between Bruce and Rachel developed too as they started spending a lot of time together and liking each other. After the four months passed Bruce was finally ready to fight and his first fight was unluckily versus the winner of the last competition. On the day of the fight Bruce woke up early and started practicing and getting ready for the match. Alex then wakes up and tells him to stop practicing and relax. He tells him he has to be calm before the game and to be ready mentally before being ready physically.
Bruce relaxes and waits till the time of the game and just goes in the ring immediately hearing the fans booing him. The bell rings starting the game and both of the competitors start moving slowly and tactically across the sides of the ring, and suddenly the other player throws a punch starting the battle. Bruce punches back as they fight through rounds and rounds. Until the seventh round, when Bruce decides he must finish this match. Soon as the bell rings starting the seventh round Bruce hurries to the other player and knocks him down with one punch and the crowd stops for a moments from making any kind of noise surprised by what they witnessed. Their beloved champion is knocked down on the floor and the newcomer seals the win in his first competitive match with a knockout punch. Bruce then returns home with Alex and Rachel and celebrates the win with them. Bruce continues to play through the competition and seals the win in every match with a knockout punch, and was loved by the fans too. Bruce reaches the finale of the competition to play against the champion of Russia who was brought to this tournament as a famous person.
He was called Vladimir and he won every single match and tournament since the beginning of his professional career in Russia. Bruce has heard that Vladimir is not a fair player. He not only cheats inside the ring but also outside the ring since he is the son of the leader of the strongest gang in Russia. Bruce starts training as usual after finishing all the stages of the competition winning in every game throughout the month. On the day of the finale Bruce wakes up to train as usual but is surprised not to find Rachel in the whole castle. He and Alex look for her all day until the big huge gate of the castle swings open. The leader of the gang himself. The father of Vladimir, enters the castle and goes to Bruce and tells him “if you want to see that girl ever again you lose in the fifth round this night” Bruce and Alex stare at the old man as he heads out of the castle not knowing what to do. Bruce says that he is going to do it. Winning this competition is no big deal compared to Rachel he says. Alex says that he must not agree to this deal. He says that he has never backed out of a fight before and he won’t now. He said that the gang would never return her even if they surrendered the game. Alex tells Bruce to start practicing hard and to get ready for the match, and that he has a plan.
The night comes and the battle starts and Bruce rushes to Vladimir punching him so hard and making a fool of him. Bruce takes the upper hand in each round on Vladimir. The fourth round ends and Vladimir is nearing to faint from all this beating. Bruce then goes to his father and tells him if he still wants his son alive he must return Rachel to her father before the fifth round finishes or else he is going to kill Vladimir. The fifth round starts and Bruce again rushes to Vladimir and starts punching him so hard that starts vomiting blood. Two minutes in the round and Rachel is already back to her father. Bruce then finishes the game knocking out Vladimir with the last punch of the game. Bruce then celebrates with Alex and Rachel and asks Rachel to marry him, and she accepts.
Bruce and Rachel continue their lives with Alex. Bruce retires from boxing and takes care of all Alex’s work. They all lived happily ever after, until one day 3 years after the boxing competition. Bruce and Rachel are sitting together talking, and suddenly a guns sound is heard in the castle. Bruce runs looking for Alex to find an assassin trying to run away but Bruce catches him and keeps punching him till he dies. Then he runs back to Alex to help him, but Alex tells him that it won’t be helpful, his time has come he can feel it. Alex tells him to take care of Rachel and to take all of his wealth for him and Rachel. Bruce and Rachel then continue their lives and get a child who they called Damian.
